Lionheart Manor
The Affordable Housing Conservancy upgraded all 72 units at Lionheart Manor with the installation of new air handler motors, comprehensive air sealing, and the replacement of old refrigerators with Energy Star models. Heat recovery ventilators (HRVs) were also introduced, ensuring optimal indoor air quality while conserving energy. This Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) initiative was enhanced through braided funding from the Climate Friendly Homes Fund (CFHF), which supported new boilers and advanced air handlers while lowering energy costs.
